Num passeio por Vila Nova de Gaia, eis que descobri o bonito Convento de Corpus Christi que foi construído no século XIV. Este espaço é constituído por uma capela do século XVII, o coro alto e o coro baixo. Este convento que foi criado por religiosas dominicanas e que em tempos foi lugar de culto, é actualmente um espaço moderno e dedicado à realização de espectáculos, exposições e concertos.

i love the structure of the church. did you visit here for a concert or something?
Well I visited this church because I was passing by and than I realized that I had never visited it. I was lucky because there was a guide that explained me the story of this place and I also had the chance to see a photo exibihition that was taking place there. :)
This is a beautiful church and convent. I enjoy visiting places liken this when I'm in Europe.
